Whistle-blowing system

Our procedure for recognising grievances at an early stage, stopping them and initiating targeted countermeasures.

Violations of human rights, environmental obligations, white-collar crime and all other illegal business practices are highly damaging. For us as the KARL MAYER Group, it is therefore a high priority to recognise and avert violations of laws, guidelines and internal rules and instructions at an early stage.

We are also dependent on your help in this regard. By reporting them, you help us to detect risks and misconduct at an early stage. This enables us to stop misconduct at an early stage and initiate targeted countermeasures.

With our whistleblower system, we offer you the opportunity to report violations. You can report violations of legal provisions, indications of human rights violations or environmental risks as well as internal company regulations. You are also welcome to do so anonymously. You can also use this system to report legal violations along our global supply chain.

Your report will help us to continue to be a reliable employer and business partner for you in the future.

    Our online reporting platform is another option for you to pass on reports to us. It is also publicly available to report violations of legal provisions, internal guidelines or other ethical concerns confidentially and anonymously.

    You are welcome to submit your reports anonymously. In order to clarify open questions directly, we encourage you to provide your contact details when reporting. The confidentiality of your data is guaranteed.
